Asking to pay bond amount

Enain

I have just completed a trainee period as engineer.

But, I was unable to join location due to family problems. Have been continuously requesting change in job location, but they did not respond.

I now will be going to USA for higher studies.

So, I submitted my resignation and a reduction in bond amount. But they have refused. Instead, they are asking me to pay bond amount plus one month salary, which is a big amount for me.
