Get this house at an affordable price

Our house owner told us to vacate the house within 15 days and we are still not getting house within our budget. We like this locality.

Please suggest some switch words to find the house.

I chanted the Switch Words for a week and our flat owner who was telling to vacate the same within 15 days told my husband to purchase the same.

This is the only house which is convenient to us in every aspect.
