My arrears are pending

I am a Govt. servant.

Last two years, my arrears are pending due to want of certain information from my previous office.

I am also not having the relevant papers as it might have been misplaced at the time of shifting of house. This information is of some 10 years back.

In one of your blogs I found a Switch Word “CRYSTAL GORSE WOLF REACH DIVINE HELP NOW”, which I am doing.

Can you suggest something else to get my arrears?
