We may not get pension benefits

I am working as an officer in a University in Kerala and due to retire in May 2015.

Our University is currently not in a sound financial position. The grant sanctioned by the Government is insufficient and currently the Government is not releasing the grant also.

If the situation does not change, I am afraid we will not get pension benefits.

I also want promotion which is due with effect from 1st June this year unless the Government enhances the retirement age.
